Therefore, the fire alarm panel will indicate not only which floor, but also which building is in alarm. It should also be noted that: o The fire protection water service to the west wing crosses the 2-hour building separation wall only on the lower level. o No other interconnection or overlap exists between the west wing and the other areas of the building. Regarding domestic water service, the west wing is served by dedicated hot and cold water lines which cross the 2-hour building separation wall on the first level. o Deduct sub- meters will be installed in these pipes to facilitate tenant billing.
