IRRIGATION The property has a total of five (5) agricultural wells as the primary source for irrigation supply. All of the wells are equipped with 150 HP electric motors, and produce a combined flow of approximately 4,910 GPM as reported via pump tests dated Irrigation water is delivered through a series of filtration stations and booster pumps at each well location. The vineyard to the east of Tejon Highway is on drip irrigation, and the vineyard to the west is on flood. The young almonds are irrigated via a fan jet system. Additionally, the property is located within the boundaries of Arvin Edison Water Storage District (AEWSD) but does not have a contract for service. (The closest point of conveyance for future AEWSD non-contract water delivery is located approximately one (1) mile away near the intersection of Tejon Highway and Buena Vista Blvd. A landowner s ability to receive non-contract water is subject to AEWSD board members approval, and execution of formal agreement.)
