1 Ref:SEC/EMC/BND/TECH/RENTAL/01/ MSEB Holding Co invites competitive offers, in two separate sealed covers, from owners of residential buildings at prominent locations in Borivali/Kandivali/ Thane/ Mulund, Vashi or Palm Beach areas for 10 numbers of 3 BHK flats with minimum carpet area 100 sqft, & 30 numbers of BHK flats with minimum carpet area of 700 sqft required on Leave & License Rental basis for a minimum period of 3 years. Minimum of 5 Flats per building shall only be considered. Rent quoted for each flat shall be inclusive of all taxes and only the actual Electric energy/cooking Gas usage charges shall be borne by the Company/Occupant. The selected flats should be ready for possession to be handed over within one month. Annual increase in rental charges shall be limited to 5% only. Service Tax, if applicable, shall be refunded on production of documentary evidence. The technical bid in Cover No 1 should be submitted in prescribed format with details such as proof of ownership of building/flat, Year of construction, Address, Amenities provided, etc The Financial bid in Cover No shall contain detailed offer along with all relevant terms & conditions. The last date for submission of offers is 15 th November 007 up to 4.00 PM. Application forms can also be obtained from the office of Superintending Engineeer(C), EM & CCCM Circle, Prakashgad, PlotNo G-9, Gr. Floor, A.K Marg, Bandra(East), Mumbai during office hours. A non refundable application fee of Rs 500/= only by DD/Pay order in favour of MSEDCL, Mumbai should be enclosed with Technical Bid. The Financial Bid shall be opened on 1 st November 007.
