1 SHORTLISTING OF ARCHITECTS 1. Applications are invited from reputed and competent Architects with sound technical capabilities having experience in executing Civil, Structural, Interior, Electrical, plumbing, Landscaping and other associated works etc. The scope work involves Construction residential housing complex (Stilt +4) consisting 8 Nos 3 Bed room flats [2 in each floor each admeasuring a carpet area approx 1300 Sqft] including civil, electrical, plumbing, interior, water tank as well as other allied amenities/ works, The total built-up area is approximately 20,000 sq.ft. at Annanagar, Chennai. The selection criteria applicable shall be as under: a. The Architects should have successfully executed at least three (one in each year) job similar nature/quantum with project cost not less than Rs. 5 Crores during the last three years. b. The Architect should have an average annual turnover not less than Rs. 50 Lakhs during the last three financial years. c. The Architect should either be a member Indian Institute Architects, Tamilnadu chapter or should be registered with Council Architecture, New Delhi. d. The Architects should be either based at Chennai or should have a fully functional branch fice in Chennai. e. The Architects shall submit the list major clients (atleast three) along with their address/ contact details 2. Architects willing to enroll themselves are requested to send in their bio-data, giving details similar jobs carried out, its value and time period taken for completion etc. 3. APPLICATION FEE: The architect has to pay an application fee Rs. 500/- towards application fee along with the enrolment form by way Demand Draft in favour BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMED payable at CHENNAI.
