3 Municipal Planning Commission - Minutes April 05, 2017 Development Permits Permitted Use Development Permits MPC MOVED BY MEMBER GATEMAN that the Permitted Use Development Permit Listing be accepted as information. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. Subdivisions Subdivision Application NW W4 MPC MOVED BY MEMBER McLEAN that the Country Residential subdivision of NW W4M (Certificate of Title No ), to subdivide a 1.44 acre (0.58 ha) parcel from a previously unsubdivided quarter section be approved subject to the following: 1. That, pursuant to Section 654(1)(d) of the Municipal Government Act, all outstanding property taxes shall be paid to Vulcan County. 2. That the applicant or owner enter into a road approach agreement with Vulcan County. 3. That the existing fencing be relocated so as to comply with the new property lines. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. Subdivision Application NW W4 MPC MOVED BY MEMBER ANNABLE that the Country Residential subdivision of NW W4 (Certificate of Title No ) to subdivide a 7.92 acre (3.21 ha) parcel from a previously subdivided quarter section be approved subject to the following: RESERVE: The 10% municipal reserve requirement, pursuant to Sections 666 and 667 of the Municipal Government Act, be provided as money in place of land on the 7.92 acres at market value of $ per acre with the actual acreage and amount to be paid to Vulcan County being determined at the final stage, for Municipal Reserve Purposes. CONDITIONS: 1. That, pursuant to Section 654(1)(d) of the Municipal Government Act, all outstanding property taxes shall be paid to Vulcan County. 2.
