Obtaining a development permit does not relieve Applicant/Landowner of their duty to obtain & comply with any other applicable federal, provincial or municipal requirements (Alberta Environment, Alberta Health Services, NRCB, AER, etc.) and the conditions of any caveat, covenant, easement or other instrument affecting the building or land. BUILDING PERMITS The Applicant/Landowner is responsible for carrying out construction, or having construction carried out, in accordance with the requirements of the Safety Codes Act. Camrose County contracts Safety Codes Services from the City of Camrose Building Department, which issues safety code permits, reviews plans and does inspections for Camrose County properties.
