Access to the site is via the existing Cambric Court housing development whilst a secondary access is via a laneway adjacent to 43 Hillsborough Road. DESCRIPTION The site extends to c acres (2.57 hectares) and comprises Phase II and Phase III of the Cambric Court housing development and also a derelict detached dwelling at 45 Hillsborough Road (See adjacent Site Plan). We understand that properties at 47 & 49 Hillsborough Road have a Right of Way over the laneway from Hillsborough Road. Some construction work has commenced on Phase II of the site with part of the access roads having been formed to a stone surface with kerbing. Foundations have been dug out and concrete poured for a pair of semi-detached dwellings. The remainder of the land is located to the East and North West of the exisiting development. The main access to the site will be via Phase I of the Cambric Court development and prospective purchasers are advised that they will be taking on the responsibility of the unadopted roadways through Phase I of Cambric Court. Q/2007/0005/F Approved 26/03/10 - Site for a housing development of 35 no. residential dwellings comprising 18 no. apartments, 2 no. semi-detached and 15 no. townhouses.
