The cllege includes accredited undergraduate and graduate prgrams in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Sustainable Design, Urban Design and Planning; with 2,345 students, 179 faculty. FY15 perating budget: $41,5M Key accmplishments: As Funding Dean, managed a substantial institutinal change by leading the transitin f the different units int a new cllege, fcused n interdisciplinary cllabratin acrss the university, curricular innvatin, active hiring, financial management, fundraising and internatinal advancement. Develped and implemented visin and strategic plan fr the cllege, including its intellectual prject, advancement gals, peratinal structure and sund fiscal management. Defined areas f excellence, created new graduate (11), undergraduate (13) prgrams, recruited and develped faculty (45 tenured/tenure- track) and staff, including a new Dean s Office with 17 psitins. Established interdisciplinary prgrams, faculty hires and research with the Schl f Public Plicy and Urban Affairs, as well as cllabratins with the Schl f Criminlgy and Criminal Justice, bth in the Cllege f Scial Sciences and Humanities.

2 Secured financial grwth in a challenging ecnmic envirnment, with a 4- year increase in tuitin revenue (11,6%), research (320%), and gifts (285%). Established a fundraising ffice fr the cllege with 5 staff members and an Advisry Bard, raising $2,5M, wrked clsely with the Vice President fr Develpment as part f the university s $1.5 Billin campaign. Advcated n behalf f the cllege t different cnstituencies and stakehlders at the lcal, natinal and internatinal levels. Oversaw NAAB s mst recent and fully successful architecture accreditatin prcess fr undergraduate and graduate degrees in architecture in Led a cmprehensive feasibility study t redesign existing studis, labs, ther facilities and t add new spaces fr the cllege. Develped partnerships with the lcal Bstn cmmunity, with jint degrees with the Museum f Fine Arts and New England Cnservatry, cllabratins with the Bstn Sciety f Architects, graduate schls at Harvard GSD and MIT, and the Design Industry Grup f Massachusetts (DIGMA). Implemented an internatinal strategy fr the cllege, building an internatinal cnsrtium with partnering institutins in Berlin, Madrid, and Beijing, including research cllabratin, exchange prgrams, and faculty and student mbility Directr, ELISAVA Schl f Design Pmpeu Fabra University, Barcelna / University f Suthamptn, UK ELISAVA ffers degrees in architecture, building science (cnstructin engineering) and design at bth undergraduate and graduate levels. Pmpeu Fabra is the leading public university in Spain. In partnership with the University f Suthamptn, the Schl cunted with 1,920 students and 282 faculty.
