11 OSRP Apprval Prcess Once the cmmunity has written the plan, a hard cpy is submitted t the Divisin f Cnservatin Services fr review and apprval A letter is sent t the cmmunity with any additins and/r changes that are required the plan expires seven years (fr seven year actin plans) after this letter is written If yu feel that a specific cmment is nt relevant t yur cmmunity, please call me Once thse issues are addressed in a final plan, the cmmunity will receive a final apprval letter
