VicUrban has launched a major oudoor markeing campaign, designed o increase visiaion and suppor he reail, hospialiy and ourism secors. So, he new campaign focuses specifically on reasons o come and ells people how o ge here. Presened by Tallships Vicoria wih he suppor of Lend Lease, he exhibiion includes images, echings and newspaper illusraions which, according o curaor and local hisorian Dr Judih Buckrich, show he Docklands area during is busies period from he 1850s hrough o he lae 20 h cenury. Vicoria Harbour was no creaed ill he 1880s bu he Yarra was sill very acive wih commercial rade before hen, while mos of he passenger ships used Norh Wharf, she said. E-Gae encompasses 20 hecares in Wes Melbourne, beween Norh Melbourne Saion and Fooscray Rd and is called E-Gae because i is gae number e, along Fooscray Rd. The land is owned by VicTrack and is currenly used mainly for logisics and ranspor-relaed purposes. Ms Moy said: We d also be looking a how his can inegrae wih he res of Melbourne, bu as many of hese sysems are sill quie new, jus how effecive hey are is sill no fully undersood. We d use he sie for research o es and rial sysems, which could hen be expored. This is a unique opporuniy o undersand how a susainable communiy works from he ground up and o measure how well i s working. This has no really been done before. I would become a living esing ground. People would come and experience he sie and ake heir learnings back o heir own par of Melbourne. Ms Moy acknowledged ha cos was a major facor, which is why we waned he Governmen o sar hinking abou he sie. We should be aiming o mee arge goals for 2050 doing he bes we can possibly do now.

The 140-mere secion of new pipe will lie under he riverbed jus upsream of he Charles Grimes Bridge, i is being replaced as par of a $220 million projec involving 2.3 kilomeres of sewer from Docklands o Por Melbourne. Tha being said, mos people assume ha being a miniser I m going o go for a Bible favourie, e.g. Mahew, Mark, Luke, John or perhaps he less prominen Bible names like Noah, Jonah, Merodachbaladan, Tilgahpilneser or why no Judas?
