The firms registe red with Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Katra for supply of the said items will be given preference The rates quoted shall be net F.O.R. at Engg. Stores, SMVDSB, Banganga (Katra) inclusive of all taxes / charges. The quantities mentioned in the Tender Format is indicative in nature and can be increased / decreased according to our requirements from time to time during the rate approval period. 4. The Shrine Board reserve the right to approve the rates of more than one bidders declaring them as a successful tenders and split the demand during the period under reference. 5. The tenderers will quote separate rates for separate brands / qualities as the case may be, on the prescribed tender format. 6. The rate approval order finalized w.e.f. the date of approval on the basis of these tenders shall remain in force for a period of one year. The supplier will have to supply the material against the supply orders issued by this office from time to time during the rate approval period. 7. In case the supplier fail to the supply the material within the stipulated period, he/she be liable to penalty for the delays: (i) Upto 15 (ii) From 16 days upto 22 (iii) From 23 days upto 30 (iv) Beyond 30 days, the supply order will be deemed to have been cancelled, the CDR of the supplier will be forfeited in favour of SMVDSB, Katra and the rates approval order shall be treated as cancelled. The material shall be procured from the open market at the risk and cost of the defaulter supplier, where after the defaulter supplier shall be debarred from any further dealing with the Shrine Board. 8. In case of incomplete supply received, an amount equal to 2% of the total value of nonsupplied material shall be deducted from the due payment of supplier. 9. These terms and conditions will form as integral part of the rate approval orders with the successful tenderers. 10. The Shrine Board reserve the right to accept and/ or reject any tender in part or in full without assigning an reason thereof. 11. All the disputes are subject to Jurisdiction in the Court of Law at Reasi / Katra. 12. The Addl. Chief Executive Officer, SMVDSB, reserves the right to terminate the rates supply orders during its validity without assigning any reason there to. 13. In case of any dispute arising out of the rate approval order, the Addl.
