24 CLEAN UP CORRIDOR AREA The process of cleaning the corridor area from 8 th floor to 26 th floor takes about four to five days and it is carried out once a month. It involves two workers to carry out the process. Done on : 05 th August 2015 CLEAN UP WALKWAY AREA The process of cleaning the all walk way area takes about four hours and it is carried out every saturday in a month. It involves two workers to carry out the process. Done on : 01 st, 08 th, 15 th, 22 nd & 29 th August 2015 CLEAN UP REFUSE CHAMBER Refuse chamber cleaning process takes about two hours and it is carried out twice a week (every Wednesday & Saturday). It involves an employee to carry out the process. Done on : 05 th, 12 th, 19 th & 26 th August (Wednesday) 01 st, 08 th, 15 th, 22 nd & 29 th August (Saturday) 24

They supply a worker to perform work such as watering, soil loosening, weeding / dispose plant and related debris etc., disease and pest control (To inspect all plants on a monthly basis and upon locating any disease promptly pest insert appropriate insecticide or treatment plant ), pruning, fertilizing and clean up (to clear waste materials, dead plants, leaves from planting area)

29 WATER QUALITY IN THE SWIMMING POOL MAINTAIN BY PLEASANT POOL SDN BHD Swimming pool in Bintang Fairlane Residences in Pleasant Pool maintain the Enterprise. They supply a worker to carry out works such as vacuum and brush the pool walls and floor on each visit to remove algae and / or other substances / debris accumulated, super chlorination will be carried out whenever necessary or as otherwise instructed by the Management or JMC, carry out the necessary tests to determine the chlorine parts per million (ppm) residue and to adjust the concentration to maintain the water chemistry at an acceptable level, conforming to industry standards and legal requirements, filter backwash and rinse twice a week, to ensure the tidiness / cleanliness of the pump, check all equipment and accessories and immediately report of any parts that requires replacement due to wear and tear or otherwise and shall inform the Management or Maintenance, prior to replacement of any parts due to wear and tear or otherwise and ensure that the water level in the pool is always topped up to the correct and appropriate level. 29
