The project is located convenient to transit, shopping, recreation and most services, making it a low impact to vehicular traffic and downtown parking. In addition, the project includes new amenities such as bicycle parking, electric vehicle charging, pedestrian friendly streetscapes, drought tolerant landscapes and solar ready rooftops.
