3 At Akzirve, we have had nearly half a century of international expertise, in addition to 5 years of experience in mining and the export of construction materials in Turkey. An experienced international group, Akzirve is continuing its investments in Turkey after numerous domestic and international real estate ventures. 32 PROJECT PRIVILEGES GENERAL STRUCTURE The construction area has been surveyed according to all rules and regulations. The integrity and earthquake-proofing of support structures have been approved by university-led reports. The supporting structures have been built as concrete carcass systems, based on the TS 500 Regulation on the Design of Concrete Structures and Buildings in Earthquake Zones. C0 High-resistance concrete and class- B0C iron have been used in construction. ISOLATION - INSULATION Foundations and ground floors have been insulated using the element-wrapping method. All rooftops will be isolated from water and insulated for heat. Water isolation on all terraces, balconies and exposed elements. Heat and sound insulation between all separate elements in blocks. WALLS - EXTERIORS Heat-insulating coating on all exteriors, compliant with the Heat Insulation Regulation. Brick walls, aerated concrete and isolated bricks on all exterior walls.
