3 LONDON CALLING London is one of Europe s most happening cities and one of the best places in the world to invest at the moment. After much searching we found an old clothing warehouse in south London that was ripe for conversion. Once called The House on the Rye, this building dating back to the 1900s had space, character and most of all potential. The name wasn t the only thing we chose to retain. 5
