18 Roofing The terrace roofing is levelled flat and finished in concrete with a slope formation, EPDM waterproof sheet, thermal insulation with extruded polystyrene sheets when delimiting living spaces, protective mortar and anti-slip porcelain finish suitable for outdoor use. The non-trafficable roofs will be inverted with a gravel and/or artificial turf finish. Hallways Hallways with porcelain stoneware floors, lighting with LED technology and presence sensors for optimal management of the lighting of communal areas.
