The enclosure is formed of double partition walls; interior with laminated plasterboard on galvanised steel profiles, intermediate rockwool thermal insulation and exterior with ceramic stretcher brick with internal cement rendering and external coating with continuous technical mortar.

18 Roofing The terrace roofing is levelled flat and finished in concrete with a slope formation, EPDM waterproof sheet, thermal insulation with extruded polystyrene sheets when delimiting living spaces, protective mortar and anti-slip porcelain finish suitable for outdoor use. The non-trafficable roofs will be inverted with a gravel and/or artificial turf finish. Hallways Hallways with porcelain stoneware floors, lighting with LED technology and presence sensors for optimal management of the lighting of communal areas. Lifts Lifts with intelligent control selection in each of the portals, with direct access from the garage. Dwellings Interior partition walls and insulation The dwellings are separated by a double wall of laminated plasterboard on galvanised steel profiles with rockwool acoustic insulation in each one, in addition to an intermediate ceramic brick wall. The floors between the dwellings have acoustic insulation against impact noise and the floor of the ground floor also has extruded polystyrene thermal insulation. The interior partition walls of each dwelling are also made of laminated plasterboard on galvanised steel profiles with acoustic insulation between both sides. Flooring Interior flooring. Porcelain stoneware flooring throughout the dwelling. Exterior flooring. Non-slip porcelain stoneware on terraces. Exterior carpentry The exterior carpentry is aluminium with thermal break in a graphite grey finish, double glazing and solar control with air chamber. Sliding carpentry. Roller shutters with aluminium slats. Solar protection façade with aluminium pergolas. Interior carpentry Reinforced entrance door to the dwelling, lacquered DM sheet on the inside and outside, with steel structure and sub-frame, locking device, double security lock, anti-lever hinges and brickmould on the outside. Wardrobes with hinged doors, in the same finish as the interior doors, lined with textured melamine, with overhead cupboard and rail. There will be a shoe closet in the dwelling hallway. Concealed hinge and sliding doors, in lacquered DM with chrome metal fittings and hinges.

19 Tiling and coverings Porcelain stoneware wall coverings in bathrooms. Ceilings False ceilings with laminated plasterboard throughout the dwelling. Outdoor kitchen Installation of outdoor kitchen furniture with phenolic panels on doors and benches. Clotheslines The terraces have a designated area for hanging clothes, protected from side views. Washer and dryer connections are located inside an external cabinet, as is the aerothermal heat pump. Plumbing and bathroom fittings General piping comprising cross-linked polyethylene pipes, with PVC drains and soundproofed downpipes. Bathroom fittings in white vitrified enamel, with mixer taps in sinks, showers and bathtubs. Roca Meridian or similar brand bathroom fittings. Hansgrohe taps or similar. Does not include furniture or mirrors. Safety glass shower enclosures included. Kitchen Fully furnished with low and high furniture, with integrated extractor hood, quartz worktop (Silestone, Compac or similar brand). Space for dishwasher, fridge, column with oven and microwave. Installation of leading-brand induction cooker, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Electrical installation Switchboard with leading-brand protection elements, white switches. Video door entry system. Ready for contracting up to 9.2 KW. Air conditioning and domestic hot water "System based on an air-to-water INVERTER heat pump with high energy efficiency, to provide heating in winter, air conditioning in summer, and hot water throughout the year. The air-conditioning system can be controlled using the thermostats located in each of the air-conditioned rooms. Individual DHW tank with heat exchanger and electric resistance, with 200-litre capacity, connected to the system. Supply and installation of a network of air distribution ducts for air-conditioning systems, including outlets, supply and return grilles lacquered in WHITE, installation accessories and fixing elements. Supply and installation of interior duct-type fan coil units to provide cool air only in the living room and bedrooms. Heating in the dwellings is provided by a radiant floor heating system, which involves installing the network of hot water circuits under the floor."
