You can do this at classiclivingcl.com The reservation fee is EUR 6,000 plus 30% of the purchase price and is payable, less the reservation fee, when you sign the contract. These amounts are frozen in the bank s client funds account. Alternatively, you can provide a bank guarantee. The remainder of the purchase price, 70% is payable after the final inspection of the apartment and when a notary has registered the property in your name as the new owner. 11
