Or towards the coast and Motril. -Located in Almunia Park are the Faculty of Fine Arts, the IT Faculty, the Management School and Secondary Schools, such as Francisco Ayala, Madraza, Virgen de las Nieves and Las Adoratrices. -The new buildings of the Diputación (Provincial Council) and the Trade Unions have also been built in the area, with all that this entails: opening of more business, cafeterias, banks, beauty centres, hairdressers, supermarkets, etc. -As soon you enter this area you come across the Almunia Park of Aynadamar, which is where the name of this place comes from. It is a magnificent park for jogging in, sunbathing, reading, having a coffee, playing petanque or simply going for a walk, surrounded by vegetation. It has very wide landscaped thoroughfares. The location of the best building in Parque Almunia is opposite the park. And this is where the Brillante Building stands, in a place with magnificent views.
