6 Jennie will be missed by her husband, Robert Dean Tsaconas, and by her beloved relatives of the Lippincott, Quilice, Schoenweiler, and Tsaconas families-and especially by the youngsters Gavin, Emerson, Charlotte, Wyatt, and Dean. She was also loved by countless friends both near and far. In 1985, Jennie received her license and began a career in real estate which turned out to be a lifelong enterprise exceptionally well-suited to her unique combination of personable charm and fierce sensibility, as well as a natural extension of her commitment to community building in the East Bay. She was a member of the Oakland Association of REALTORS from and OBAR 2014 to present. Jennie will be remembered for her generous zeal. When she wasn't working, Jennie could be found traveling, cooking, baking, entertaining, reading, gardening, socializing, and volunteering all over the place-from Piedmont school events to the War Memorial Opera House. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jennie's honor to The Clausen House, a charitable institution that provides housing, wellness programs and advocacy for adults with intellectual disabilities in Oakland and the surrounding East Bay area ( A memorial will be held when forty days have passed.
