3 Code of Ethics Requirement REALTORS are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within four-year cycles. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS. The current four-year cycle will end December 31, 2016 Training may be completed through local REALTOR associations or through another method, such as home study, correspondence, classroom courses, or online courses. If you completed your code of ethics with anyone other than an Illinois REALTORS school that may not report it then you will need to provide proof to Greater Gateway Association of REALTORS so that we can update your records. Information about home study courses can be obtained at under the pre-license and CE tab. Final Call to Exchange Keyboxes Thank you for your patience over the last few weeks during the Keybox Exchange process! Unfortunately, there are old Keyboxes still out there. We have made arrangements to be able to help our members still benefit from the one-for-one exchange of those old Keyboxes to the new ibox BT LE. Please Note the following guidelines to exchange keyboxes: You can bring the old keyboxes to GGAR to be exchanged Keyboxes will be exchanged by appointment-only Effective October 17 there will be a $10 re-stocking fee per keybox We will only be accepting the old keyboxes until October 27
