7 Meet the Candidates It is that time of the year again when your voice can be heard by voting for the Officers and Directors of GGAR. (Online voting will open for candidates on 8/11/2016) Please take a moment to review the Candidate information at: 1. Log into 2. User ID is your NRDS Number; Password is Last Name (Ex. Chapman) unless previously changed 3. On the left side of the screen you will click into Invoice & Polling 4. You then click into the Polling tab 5. You will then click to open the 2017 Election of Officers & Directors Click here if you do not know your NRDS number. You can also see Candidate Information at Proposed Amendments to the By-Laws 2016 Please review the proposed changes: Article XI pertains to the governing body of the Board of Directors; Section 4 Article XX pertains to the SIRMLS to Maris MLS; Sections 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 & 8 You can preview the proposed changes at Located on the main page and under the About tab under Association By-Laws You must be present at the Annual Meeting & Election to vote for the ByLaw Amendments.

8 Online voting is now available for the Board of Directors Election. Click here to Cast your ballot today! Note: Your NRDS number is your User ID for logging into Navica. Click here for NRDS number. Your Password is your Last Name Ex: Chapman (If you have logged into Navica before then your password may have been changed by you at that time) Once you are logged into the Navica system then you will click into "Invoice/Poll" on the left and then click into the "Polling Tab" You will then see the "Ballot for Election of Officers and Directors" Click into the link and cast your votes. If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting & Election to cast your vote or you cannot vote online then you can get an Absentee Ballot at the board office starting Thursday, August 11, 2016 through Thursday, August 18, 2016 from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. If you are wanting to vote for the proposed ByLaws Amendments then you must go and vote at the Annual Meeting & Election. REALTORS are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within four -year cycles. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS. The current four-year cycle will end December 31, 2016 Training may be completed through local REALTOR associations or through another method, such as home study, correspondence, classroom courses, or online courses. If you completed your code of ethics with anyone other than an Illinois REALTORS school that may not report it then you will need to provide proof to Greater Gateway Association of REALTORS so that we can update your records.
