Sliding doors in the front and side facades provide access to the yard. Detached horse barn: The barn (about 105 m²) features five stalls and a wash box. The partially insulated brick barn has steel trusses and the roof is covered with corrugated asbestos sheets. Sliding doors in the front and rear facade provide access to the yard. The stalls have brick and galvanised powder-coated fronts with powder-coated revolving doors, brick partition and rear walls.

Outbuilding: The canteen and a former groom residence are situated in a detached brick outbuilding with roof tiles.
