Capstone Estates Phase III Section II Final Plat; 20 lots on a acre tract of land situated in the in the I.R.R. Company Survey, Section 13, Abstract No. 216, Victoria County, Texas.; 20 Rural Residential Lots (R-7); Timothy and Nita Rampey (Owner); CivilCorp LLC (Agent). Capstone Estates Phase III Section II is a proposed final plat of acres. The subject property is located near the corner of Northside Road and Tate Road. The owner wishes to subdivide the property into 20 Rural Residential lots (R-7). The proposed plat will dedicate the 60 of right-of-way (ROW) required for the construction of Cristopher Way and Dayspring Drive. The proposed final plat is in compliance with the minimum requirements for rural residential developments outlined within the Subdivision and Development Regulations. Staff recommends Page 1

5 approval of the final plat for Capstone Estates Phase III Section II finding it meets all applicable ordinances and regulations. Motion was made to accept the plat by Ms. Trevino and seconded by Mr. Woods Motion passed unanimously. E: OTHER BUSINESS Development Services Monthly Development Report Will Charles F: ITEMS FROM PLANNING COMMISSIONERS Mr. Woods resigned and stated that this would be his last meeting due to the fact that he will no longer be living within the City limits, therefore will not be eligible. The proposed plat will dedicate 9.7 of right-of-way along Hanselman Road, and 17.2 of right-of-way along North Delmar Drive.
