1 REALTOR Magazine July 2003 Cover Feature Top 100 Companies: Ranked by transaction sides In January, REALTOR Magazine mailed questionnaires to 361 real estate companies whose past records had established them as high-production companies. We followed up with phone calls and faxes to achieve a response rate of 66 percent. To help confirm the accuracy of the information supplied by the companies, we required third parties, such as auditors, to verify key data.
