Specific details must be given to prove th such joint -venture is genuine and real. (e) Outsourcing The company must indice which of its business activities (service/goods) are provided by Black businesses. (f) Sub-contracting The company must indice which part of the contract and for wh value will be performed by a Black business out of the whole contract/assignment it may secure value and benefit to communities. (g) Other Empowerment Activities The bidder would be free to supply other relevant empowerment details which may not fall within the above indiced framework.
