1 MUNICIPALITY OF TURIN NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION No. 90/2018 "LINGOTTO GUEST HOUSE: ESTABLISHMENT OF A NINETY-NINE-YEAR-OLD LEASEHOLD PROPERTY ON A BUILDING LOCATED AT VIA NIZZA NUMBER 230 IN TURIN. We inform you that, in execution of the decision of the Municipal Council, mechanographic number /131 of September 17, 2018, as well as in execution of the managerial decision number 634 of October 16, 2018 mechanographic number /131 regarding the approval of the specifications of the tender and related attachments that are an integral part of this notice, on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in a room in the Town Hall - Piazza Palazzo di Città no. 1 - Turin, in a public session, there will be, through a public auction, by means of the method of secret offers to be compared (as better described in Article 3 of the Conditions) with the amounts set at the starting bid of the auction, according to Royal Decree no. 827 of May 23, 1924 and subsequent amendments and the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 50 of April 18, 2016, applied analogically, where expressly referred to in the auction documents, the awarding of the following single lot owned by the City of Turin: LINGOTTO GUEST HOUSE: Establishment of a ninety-nine-year-old leasehold property of a building located in Turin in via Nizza no. 230, registered to the Building Registry of the City of Turin on map sheet no. 1401, parcel 265, sub. 465 and the transfer of full ownership of the related furnishings Thirty-year restriction of use: university residence, with the application of rates agreed upon for at least 51% of the authorized beds. The awarding will be made in favor of the tenderer who presents the best economic offer determined according to the criteria set forth in art. 3 of the Conditions of tender. Starting auction price of the lot: 11,200, not subject to VAT (of which 11,000, for the Building and 200, for the Furnishings).

2 Rent for beds subjected to agreed-upon rates: per person/month in a 2-bed room and per person/month in a 4-bed room (excluding VAT, utilities, as well as the use of possible services) for 51% of the authorized beds. Duration of the right : 99 years In order to take part in the auction, the interested parties must send their offer, in a sealed envelope, to the Ufficio Protocollo Generale della Città di Torino (per il Servizio Affari Generali, Normative, Forniture e Servizi) (General Protocol Office of the City of Turin (for the General Affairs Service, Regulations, Supplies and Services) )- Piazza Palazzo di Città no Turin - not later than Tuesday, November 20, 2018, 12 p.m. (midday), under penalty of exclusion, in the manner provided for in art. 1 of the conditions of tender. In order to participate in the auction, each tenderer, besides being in possession of the general requirements for participation as required by art. 2.2 of the conditions, must submit an envelope, sealed, which must contain all the documents required in points "2.1" (Application for participation), "2.2" (Substitutive declaration of certification), "2.3" (Economic offer), "2.4" (Security Deposit) of art. 2 of the of the Conditions of tender. The name of the bidder and the words CONTIENE OFFERTA PER ASTA PUBBLICA N. 90/ FORESTERIA LINGOTTO ("THIS CONTAINS AN OFFER FOR PUBLIC AUCTION NO. 90/ LINGOTTO GUEST HOUSE") must be written on this envelope. The envelope with the offer must contain the following documentation: ENVELOPE 1: "2.1" Application for participation The application for participation in the auction must be drawn up - along the lines of the model attached to the Conditions (Attachment No. 2) - in Italian and stamped ( 16.00), addressed to the "Mayor of the City of Turin", signed by the bidder or - in the case of legal entities/companies/firms/ institutions - by the legal representative and must not be subject to conditions. The application,

3 drawn up according to art. 2.1 of the conditions of tender, must contain all the declarations requested by it. "2.2" Substitutive declaration of certification containing, according to the specific case, the declarations in accordance with art. 2.2 of the conditions of tender. "2.4" Security deposit The tenderer will have to pay a security deposit of 1,120, according to art. 2.4 of the conditions of tender. ENVELOPE 2: "2.3" Economic Offer The tenderer will have to send his/its own economic offer written on plain paper and in Italian. The economic offer must be closed in a sealed envelope without any other document, and on that envelope, the name of the tenderer must be written as well as the words: CONTIENE OFFERTA ECONOMICA PER ASTA PUBBLICA N. 90/ FORESTERIA LINGOTTO ("THIS CONTAINS AN ECONOMIC OFFER FOR PUBLIC AUCTION No. 90/2018 LINGOTTO GUEST HOUSE"). This offer must be drawn up in accordance with the requirements set down in art. 2.3 of the Conditions of tender.
