20 LOCATION OVERVIEW Reseda The community of Reseda is located in the north-central portion of the San Fernando Valley of the city of Los Angeles close to several centers of higher learning, regional shopping malls and hospitals. Bordered by Northridge to the north, Winnetka to the west and Lake Balboa to the east, Reseda has a population of 66,574 with a median household income of $54,771. When the neighboring communities are included, however, the population of the area balloons to 209,587.
