The application proposes to amend the existing PUD to revise the acreage and description table, decrease the number of single-family dwelling units from 66 to 17, increase the number of retirement home/nursing home/assisted living beds from 150 to 270, increase the gross maximum residential density to 16 dwelling units per acre from 10 dwelling units per acre, and revise the map series to reflect proposed use changes.
