If the variance is granted, the applicant will be allowed to increase the subdivision size of the sign to 72 square feet and the height of the subdivision sign to 13.5 feet. The sign will be illuminated through ground up-lighting. It is not internally illuminated. A Right-of-Way Encroachment Agreement has been prepared to allow the sign to encroach into the public right-of-way.
