The building s central atrium houses cardio vascular and the weight lifting equipment. Other complimentary areas include a 12-bed tanning salon and physical therapy clinic. 4 Page4 Building: Sigma Nu Renovations Third Floor Location: 630 Dubuque Iowa City, Iowa Size: 3,450 sq ft Cost: $170,000 Started: June 2009 Completed: August 2009 Description: Built in the 1920's, the fraternity house is having its first major renovation since it was constructed. The project is comprised of 3 different phases. The first phase consisted of the extensive redesign of the room layout on the third floor for 20 students. The next phase occurred in this summer. 6 Page6 Building: Wildwood Smokehouse and Saloon Location: Dolphin Drive SE, Johnson County, Iowa Size: 8,000 sq ft Cost: $1,200,000 or $150/square foot Started: Summer 2008 Completion: July 2009 Description: Currently under construction, the 2-story restaurant and dance hall will feature a stage and balcony seating. Green Consulting Engineers in Cedar Rapids on a variety of industrial and municipal projects. In 1996, Thomas moved to Iowa City to work with Neumann Monson PC as a Project Architect.
