Our diverse clients rely on us to orchestrate the process from design, through construction, to project completion. Abbot Studios is a proven leader that consistently delivers smart, innovative solutions with high quality results. Henry M. Abbot joined Chester Croce in 1953 with a vision of providing high quality general architectural services. The partnership was transferred to Henry s sons, Henry S. and William E. in In 2001, Michael H. Lutsch, Jr., also became a principal. In 2008 the firm s name was changed to Abbot Studios, architects + planners + designers, LLC. Today the Principals of the Firm are William E. Abbot, AIA, LEED AP, and Michael H. Lutsch, Jr., AIA. Bill Abbot, AIA, LEED AP Principal Bill s strong business ethic and high standards are the driving force behind Abbot Studios. He effectively oversees client relations and production of retail construction documents. Bill actively participates in the design coordination process and during construction, monitors and directs project administration meetings. His vast architectural experience includes retail roll-out and specialty stores, educational facilities, commercial structures, multi-family housing and public buildings. Mike Lutsch, Jr., AIA, Principal Through the years Mike has provided cost effective and sound solutions to clients as Project Manager, Project Architect, Designer, and Construction Administrator on a variety of projects. He maintains client relationships and is an expert at contract negotiations. In addition to his partnership responsibilities, he coordinates architectural, mechanical and structural documents, and provides construction administration.
