CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT: CM 360- Building Design and Evaluation Concepts (3cr.), Spring Developed a new course to introduce the concepts of building design and evaluation, quality control, enhance students knowledge of sustainability practices, ability to 2

CM 216L -Construction Methods and Materials Lab (1cr), Fall 2015 Developed new lab course as hands-on experience to accompany the theoretical content for CM 216 Construction Methods and Materials (3 cr.) GE 121- Engineering Design Graphics (1 cr.), Spring 2014 Redesigned existing course to an intensive format to accommodate engineering students schedules from different majors. CM 216 Construction Methods and Materials class (3 cr.) Fall Enhanced sustainability implementation in course content for sustainability focus to evaluate their students ability to implement sustainability principles in solving numerous practical problems. This is a multi-discipline course, meeting both the ABET and NAAB accreditation requirements, in which students engage in cross-discipline cooperation activities. CM 124 Construction Graphics (3 cr.), Fall Developed a new course to substitute GE 292-Construction Graphics (2 cr.) to enhance students ability to understand and create construction documents. The course integrated blueprint reading, creating construction drawings, and design assignments. I introduced oral presentations to this course activities to motivate students to achieve higher standards in their work and practice their oral and visual communication skills. Autodesk Revit Software was introduced GE 292 Construction Graphics (2 CR), Fall 2010 Developed a new course for Construction Management students, covering the fundamentals of construction drawings and computer aided drawing in 2D and 3D modes emphasizing visualization concepts using Archicad 14, a product of Graphisoft.
