The campus, whose first phase of 605,000 sq.ft. is being delivered for September 2008, and the second phase of 235,000 sq.ft. in February 2009 will reunite employees who are currently situated in at least 16 different locations across the greater Montreal area. In addition to being a world class project incorporating the latest in mechanical and building systems to reduce energy and water consumption, it will also be an employee's dream. It is strategically located at the corner of Bay & College Streets, between Toronto's financial core and the Bloor Street corridor. The property is directly connected to the remainder of the College Park complex, the TTC subway system and is one block from Queens Park, Toronto's hospital corridor and the city's MARS Medical Research Development.
