2 How it works VIEWING A PROPERTY Once you have short-listed suitable properties, you will have to either call or text us to arrange a viewing. All viewings have to be made by prior appointment, at least 24 hours before you wish to view the property. Viewings can be arranged via Knocking the door and arranging a viewing with Current Tenants. We charge a fixed Contract fee of 55 per person for properties for groups of 3 plus Or 65 per person for 2 or 1 bedroom accommodation RESERVING A PROPERTY All our properties are in great demand so if you are interested in one of our properties, we strongly advise you to reserve the property to avoid any disappointment. We collect a holding deposit of 50 per person or 250 per property whichever is greater. Once the holding deposit is collected we stop advertising the property for 3 days. In these 3 days we expect you to complete all paperwork and make the necessary payments. Property Pictures are given by Landlords and are used for illustration purposes. To have a better outlook of what the property looks like, we recommend that you view it.
