We use our extensive database of potential tenants as well as advertising in property publications and through all the major internet portals. We will arrange viewings to be held with our representatives who possess excellent knowledge of local amenities and once we find a tenant, will carry out the necessary credit checks and referencing. Once settled in we can also handle maintenance and payments for landlords.
