9 Directions To Find From Barnstaple Follow the A361, signed Braunton and Ilfracombe, until you reach Mullacott Cross roundabout. Turn left onto the B3343, signed for Woolacombe. About 1.5 miles (2km), just after a layby with tourist information sign, turn right. Follow the narrow lane for about 1.5 miles to a T junction. Turn left into Lincombe. Drive through Lincombe and as you come out the other side of the hamlet, the road begins to go down hill. On the left you will see the Lee village sign and about a 100 yards later you will see a sign for S bends. The driveway to Grey Cottage is on the right Stay straight ahead.
