Levy joined the New York based NYSE Tishman Realty & Construction Co., Inc. in As a result of Tishman privatization in 1977, Alan, with other Tishman senior executives, formed the privately-held company known as Tishman West Companies. Over the next fifteen years, as President and Chief Operating Officer, Alan built and managed some of the West Coast s most prominent high-rise office buildings. Tishman has since grown to be one of the largest property management firms in the U.S. and has expanded with offices in London, Sofia, and Vienna.
