The name "bpv" itself derives from the location of the member firms' offices. 4 REAL ESTATE PRACTICE GROUP The Real Estate Practice Group of the bpv LEGAL alliance offers outstanding legal and tax advisory capabilities throughout Central and Eastern Europe. The group consists of more than thirty lawyers and tax professionals with extensive experience in advising on all transactional and regulatory aspects of the real estate and construction industry. We are trusted advisors and partners for complex projects, but assist our clients also in selected issues. Our real estate experts are often part of teams that advise on broader transactions involving, among other aspects, real estate. In the area of the construction law, our team includes lawyers with extensive trainings and practice in FIDIC based procedures and agreements. Our in-house expertise is often complemented by technical input provided by planners, architects and other experts, with whom we may build multi-disciplinary teams enabling us to offer all-around advisory services.
