15 Notice to Bidders 1. All prospective purchasers should ensure that they have read and understood this notice. The act of bidding will be taken as confirmation that the bidder has read, understood and accepts this notice. 2. All lots are sold as seen. Prospective purchasers are strongly advised to make all necessary enquiries and personally inspect the lot before making a bid. No questions will be invited after the commencement of bidding. 3. The auctioneers cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies in descriptions provided. 4. Neither the vendors nor the Auctioneers make any warranty regarding engine hours or vehicles mileages. The figures may have changed before the start of the sale. Please make sure that you inspect the lot prior to bidding. 5. The auctioneers and vendors reserve the right to amend the number and extent of lots available up until the commencement of bidding. 6. Viewing on Friday, 18 th May 2018 after noon and from 9am on day of the sale. 7. As soon as the auctioneers hammer falls, the successful bidder is under a binding contract to purchase the relevant lot. 8. All bidders must register on arrival and obtain a bidders number, which must be shown when bidding. 9. Each lot is sold subject to a reserve price (and the vendor reserves the right to bid up to the reserve price through the auctioneer at the auction) 10. Bids will be regulated entirely at the discretion of the auctioneer 11. All lots become the sole risk of the purchaser at the fall of the hammer 12. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate unless specified as otherwise 13. Buyers premium will be payable at 5% plus VAT 14. All lots must be paid for on the day of the sale at the auctioneer s office. Credit card payments will be subject to a 2.5% charge 15. No lots are to be moved / removed from the sale ground until the full payment has been made to the auctioneers (the winning bid, plus the relevant commission rate, plus VAT). Receipts will be provided and must be shown to permit exit with goods. All lots to be removed on the sale day. 16. Loading facilities will be available on the sale day. The Auctioneers and Vendors will not accept any responsibility or liability for the loss of or damage to lots left on the sale ground and all purchasers are reminded that they are entirely responsible for any lot purchased from the fall of the hammer. 17.
