1 AREA MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWN OF BRACEBRIDGE The Regula Meeting of the Municipal Council was held in the Council Chambes on July 23, 1975 with all membes pesent. The minutes of the pevious meeting wee appoved. Financial Statements to the end of June 1975 wee pesented. - Delegations - M. J. Bet Wood, Chaiman of the Distict Municipality of Muskoka Planning and Development Committee along with Distict Planne Gaham Powe and Rob Andeson attended the meeting and eviewed with Council the famewok of the Distict Official Plan Daft. It was pointed out to Council that the public meeting fo the Official Plan will be held in the Bacebidge Aea on Thusday, July 31, Repesentatives of Sandwood Estates Limited attended the meeting in ode to hea the discussion with espect to thei esidential subdivision poposal esulting fom thei meeting with the appopiate Committees of Council. - Coespondence - City of Oillia equesting that this Municipality endose thei esolution equesting immediate action to epeal the Bail Refom Act and to the passing of new legislation to contol fieams. It was the feeling of Council that this matte is cuently eceiving sufficient peusal by Senio Govenments. Ministy of Housing enclosing a copy of thei policy with espect to thei detemination of aeas of closed shoe allowances available to adjoining popety ownes. A esolution was pesented to the Council with espect to this policy. Bacebidge Receational Sevices Committee equesting the Council to make available cetain funds, not to exceed $3,000.00, fo a detailed analysis of the stuctual condition of the Bacebidge Memoial Community Cente. The Chaiman of Administation and Finance Committee is to enquie into this matte. Bacebidge Receational Sevices Committee advising that they have no funds to assist the Agicultual Society in the constuction of exta bleaches fo Jubilee Pak.
