Broward Blvd. The company bought the 17.7acre site just west of Interstate 95 out of foreclosure for $5.9 million in the commercial space would have a selfstorage facility and about 8,000 square feet of retail space fronting Broward Boulevard to compliment the WalMart store across the street.
