Chairman Jones presided and stated that his term as Chairman would expire at the end of this month. He further stated that he would like to have the election of officers today, with the new Chairman to preside at the next Board Meeting. Motion made by Mr. Friedman, secxanded by Mr. Lee, that Mr. Bor^i be nominated as Chairman. fotion made by Mr. Friedman, seconded by Mr. Lee, that the nominations be closed. Motion to close the nominations carried - 3 ayes, no nays, Mr. Bor^ii abstaining. Motion to nominate carried - 3 ayes, no nays.
