CALL TO ORDER Chair Pertzborn called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in room 201 of the City-County Building. II. PUBLIC COMMENT There was no public comment. III. PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS 1. PETITION # 9686 by CARTER HUDSON LLC to change the zoning from A-1EX Exclusive Agricultural to RH-4 Rural Homes to allow CREATION OF 2 RESIDENTIAL LOTS on property located EAST of 9933 CARTER ROAD in Section 15, Town of Mazomanie and Section 23, Town of Black Earth. TOWN: Mazomanie: Town approved, no conditions Black Earth: No Town action Motion by Hendrick / Miles to postpone; carried, PETITION # 9688 by LEO ZIEGLER to change the zoning from A-1EX Exclusive Agricultural to RH-3 Rural Homes to allow SEPARATION OF EXISTING RESIDENCE AND ACCESSORY BUILDINGS on property located at 5848 ENCHANTED VALLEY ROAD in Section 14, Town of Berry. IN FAVOR: Motion by Miles / Hendrick to table until later in the meeting; carried, 4-0.

Motion by Hendrick / Wendt to recommend approval with the following conditions; carried, as conditioned, Deed restrict the proposed A-2(8) lot prohibiting residential development. 4. PETITION # 9690 by AGNES CONKLIN to change the zoning from A-1EX Exclusive Agricultural and A-2(2) Agricultural to A-2(4) Agricultural to allow EXPANSION OF EXISTING RESIDENTIAL LOT on property located at 815 CLARKSON ROAD in Section 04, Town of Medina. 5. PETITION # 9691 by ROBERT TAYLOR to change the zoning from A-1EX Exclusive Agricultural and R-1 Residential to A-2(2) Agricultural to allow SEPARATION OF EXISTING FARM BUILDINGS on property located at 6983 TAYLOR RD, in Section 19, Town of Roxbury. TOWN: Town approved, with conditions Motion by Hendrick / Miles to recommend approval with the following conditions; carried, as conditioned, Deed restrict the A-2(2) parcel limiting uses exclusively to permitted uses in the A-2(2) district and seasonal storage of recreational equipment and motor vehicles in existing farm buildings as a conditional use. Said seasonal storage would require separate approval of a conditional use permit application. 6.
