Manasota and Sandpiper Key Zoning District Overlay Code Per Chapter , F.S., an Ordinance pertaining to the Charlotte County portion of Manasota Key and all of Sandpiper Key located south of the Sarasota-Charlotte County line, west of the Tom Adams Bridge, north of Stump Pass Beach park and east of the Gulf of Mexico; creating a new section of the Code of Laws and Ordinances of Charlotte County, Florida; establishing a Manasota Key Zoning District Overlay Code ; providing for definitions, a short title, boundaries; intent and applicability; approving an amendment to the Charlotte County Zoning Atlas to rename the single family, multi family, commercial general, commercial tourist, and environmentally sensitive zoning districts in said area and to decrease the density allowed within the renamed multifamily districts; providing for principal uses and structures, accessory uses and structures, prohibited uses and structures and special exceptions; providing for development standards, height limitations, no fill areas, setback, driveway and green space requirements, parking regulations and mass limitations; providing for conflict with other ordinances, inclusion in the county code, severability; and, providing an effective date. Tern Bay Developer s Agreement A Development Agreement pursuant to Subsection Florida Statutes between Charlotte County and Tern Bay Development Co., LLC. The Developer s obligations include the payment of road impact fees and the design and construction of two (2) new lanes of roadway within 60 feet of land that will be dedicated to the County by Developer and become a part of a four-lane divided right-of-way within Burnt Store Road. The project is located within the Tern Bay (f/k/a/) Caliente Springs Development of Regional Impact ( Tern Bay ). Tern Bay is located in Sections 13, 16, 18, 19 and 20, Township 42 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida. Approval Planning and Zoning Board: To be heard by the P&Z on 1/10/05 3. PA LS (Legislative) District III An Ordinance pursuant to Section (3), Florida Statutes, adopting a Large Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment to the Charlotte County Comprehensive Plan for two Charlotte County Fire/EMS Stations, two Englewood Area Fire Stations, and the Rotonda West Reverse Osmosis & Waste Water Treatment Plant. The fire stations are Charlotte County Station #10 at 101 Gasparilla Way on Don Pedro Island, Charlotte County Station #14 at 9495 Placida Rd in Englewood, Englewood Station #2 at 5000 Placida Road, and Englewood Station #4 at 403 and 405 Boundary Blvd. The Rotonda West Reverse Osmosis & Waste Water Treatment Plant is located at 3740 Kendall Road.
