CALL TO ORDER Presentation of City Beach Park and Hewlett Park development plans by Thomas L. Hoover, P.E. of Thomas Hoover Engineering, LLC. Presentation of Award to Detective Grizzard and Chief Espin will brief Council regarding the Police Contact Data Report. A. CONSENT AGENDA Approval of minutes of the regular City Council meeting of 3/7/06, minutes of the special meeting of 3/14/06 and minutes of the regular meeting of 3/21/ Consider and approve Beach Park and Hewlett Park Development Plans presented by Thomas Hoover, required as part of the grant application process by Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (TPWD). 2. Consider and adopt a resolution granting the City of Granbury s written consent to inclusion within the Acton Municipal Utility District (AMUD) specified property (2729 Fall Creek Hwy.) located in the City s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) and providing an effective date. 3. Consider and adopt a resolution providing for changing the name of the City of Granbury Municipal Airport to Granbury Regional Airport. 4. Consider and approve the sale of City of Granbury property (acres: 1.020, Lot 464

2 Bentwater on the Lake, Granbury Section Three) for $36, to Alan Rogers. 5. Consider request from Staff to write-off inactive utility accounts with balances outstanding one year or more. B. DELIBERATION AGENDA 6. a. Consider and approve two fuel bid contracts: Petroleum Traders for the City s unleaded and diesel contract and Avfuel Corporation for the City s Avgas contract. b. Determination of whether to approve or reject all Jet A Fuel bids. 7. Consider and approve an engineering services agreement with Paul Pedigo to provide engineering services for the design of the remodel of the Yeats-Duke House, also known as the Old Log Cabin. 8. Consider one appointment to Airport Board. 9. Request of Lakewood Hills, LLC to Replat a 3.0 acre portion of Block 4 of the Lakewood Hills Addition to Lot 21R, Block 4 of the Lakewood Hills Addition and a Park and Boat Ramp (Private Property) area. The property is located on Lakewood Court within the City of Granbury s ETJ. 10. Request of White Cliff Partners, LP to amend the existing PD Planned Development/ MF Multi-Family zoned district located on Lot 2, Block 1 of the Granbury Marina Addition and Lot 2, Block 1 of the Pace Addition [proposed as Lot 1, Block 1 of the Bridge Harbor Condominium Addition]. This property is located southeast of the intersection of SH 11. Request of Whitecliff Partners, LP to: a. Execute a Public Improvement Agreement (PIA) for the cost (~$52,000) of the waterline loop for the proposed site, and; b.
