5 ARCHITECTURE 010 DESIGN 011 THE DESIGN IS SYMPATHETIC TO THE LEAFY SURROUNDING AREA, THROUGH THE USE OF NATURAL MATERIALS, EARTHY TONES & INTEGRATED LANDSCAPING ELEMENTS. Features include natural materials such as bluestone tiling, timber lining and the signature concrete rendered soffits. Zinc paneling has been used to articulate the building form, while metal mesh screens in a soft matte charcoal finish add a delicate layer of privacy. ARTIST IMPRESSION

Tapware to the kitchen and bathroom vanities, shower & bath are finished in a stylish matte black, complementing the sleek monochrome palette. We examined what makes Armadale such a liveable & appealing suburb for a wide demographic from young professionals to established families - and considered how we can add to and enrich the living experience for residents. Through all stages of the design process, our main focus was to create spaces which would emphasise the idea of a lifestyle, convenience & luxury.
