1 SUMMARY OF DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY As of August 1, 2017 The Summary of Development Activity tracks residential subdivisions, multi-family development and commercial development with a cost of over $100,000 and major public improvements. This is the first tenant improvement for the Mare Island Coal Sheds, described in #40. As sheds are leased up, tenants may also undertake tenant improvements beyond this renovation. Other interior office improvements and ADA restroom upgrades completed. 4
