2 Appeal of Planning Commission Denial - On March 19, 2015, the Planning Commission took action to deny special use permits and a tentative parcel map to subdivide a 2.52-acre vacant site into three separate parcels for development of: - a 3,000 sf fast food restaurant (Carl s Jr.) with drive-thru facility; - a 7,400 square foot (sf) church (New Trinity Community Church) with seating for 250 members; - a 6,100 sf building including off-site sale of beer and wine (ABC-Type 20) within the for a 2,500 sf 7-Eleven, 24-hour convenience store. 2
3 Appeal of Planning Commission Denial - On March 23, 2015, the applicant met with the City staff regarding concerns raised at Planning Commission Hearing. - Appealed filed on March 23, Application for appeal does not include Special Use Permit No to permit a 7-Eleven, 24 hour convenience store with off-site sale of beer and wine (ABC-Type 20). 3
