Marldon s empathetic work at 7 Lothbury has been rewarded with the 2006 Gold Award for Considerate Contractor awarded by the Corporation of London. Gaining residential planning permission for such a historic building and in the heart of The City was a rare feat, largely overcome by the persuasive argument of architect Mark Willingale.
