3 Chancellor Place in Chadwell Heath offers great choice of new family homes Chadwell Heath, a suburban area known for its strong community spirit, has long been a favoured commuter location. Its railway station opened way back in 1864, and is now being upgraded as part of Crossrail, the high-frequency, high-capacity service that will reduce crowding and journey times on London s transport network.
